avamclean | Day 15

I got my copy of the appraisal back, finally, and the house is worth a little more than what I offered which I figured, but it’s nice to have it confirmed. The appraisal also came with pictures which is nice since I haven’t seen this house since Sept. and while my memory is good it’s not that good. Now I can start contemplating color schemes!

My first foray into writing so far this year is posted and regardless of response it’s nice to be posting. I haven’t done so since Oct. and it makes me a little content to do so now. :) Now to work on the werewolfbigbang because I'm hoping to get that done and written well before the due date.

A plotting I shall go!
