avamclean The new demon!verse is 6000+ words and counting. I like how it's coming along and I think it'll end up being around 15000 words total. There's a chance it could lengthen or shorten. It all depends on how fickle the characters are and if they actually feel like talking. Fun times.

syfybigbang a shot because it'll give me a chance to actually put to use the 3000+ words (snippets of dialogue, settings and outline) I've written on and off for a series that I've wanted to write for about three years now. kerrykhat because now all I can think about is Riverworld, but alas my story would follow the books, not either miniseries, and feature Daniel Jackson, Buffy Summers and Sam and Dean Winchester as the lead characters. There's a chance Jenny Shepard of NCIS might join their mismatched group, but I'm not sure until I start writing the core dynamics and see if I need/can use her.
The books are the definite influence because who doesn't want to see 'The Day of the Great Shout' from these four characters' perspectives? *nods* I think I'm going to reread the series this weekend to see if I can still accomplish at least the first story in this possible series and then make my final decision on joining thesyfybigbang .
It's times like this that I miss sita the most. She was my bouncing board/cheerleader for this series. Went out and bought the books and read them just so she could help me with the meshing of Stargate and Riverworld. *sigh* God, I miss her.
