avamcleanJust an appraisal and FHA agreement left before my loan is ready for closing. I think this might actually happen and now I’m becoming more excited/nervous. The appraisal is suppose to happen today and my realtor just needs to get back with my lender on the FHA agreement. Come on seller sign!
